PRODUCTS

MONARCH products are handcrafted in small batches.

Because our products are made by hand, slight variations in appearance, size, texture, and decoration may occur.

Product photos are representative examples and may vary slightly from the actual product received.

ORDERING

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including situations involving product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

ORDER SCHEDULE

Orders must be placed by Sunday at 6:00 PM Central Time for production during the following week.

Orders are typically prepared on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Local deliveries are typically completed on Thursday and Friday of the same week.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to production volume, weather conditions, weather delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales tax may be added where required by law.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available within a 5-mile radius of MONARCH in Island Lake, Illinois.

Delivery outside the free delivery area may be available for an additional fee.

A valid delivery address and contact information are required for all deliveries.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you receive an incorrect order or believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@eatmonarch.com.

We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

ALLERGENS

MONARCH products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, wheat, soy, chocolate, and other ingredients.

Customers with food allergies or dietary concerns should contact us before placing an order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, branding, photographs, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of MONARCH and may not be copied or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MONARCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
